2. SMS/Text Message Program Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on available opportunities.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to all text messages sent and received as part of this program.
Carrier Charges: You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for receiving text messages.

3. Opt-In and Consent

By checking the consent box and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from RIOS LLC at the phone number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by:

Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
Replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
Replying END, QUIT, CANCEL, or STOP ALL to any message

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will not receive any further messages from this program after opting out, unless you re-subscribe.
